Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed and you wish to cancel, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible only with your order associated email. Request received from any other email will not be accepted. Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the cancellation request.
3. Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellation requests should ideally be made within 24 hours of placing the order to increase the likelihood of successful cancellation.
However, we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests even if they are made after 24 hours, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
4. Communication and Confirmation
After receiving your cancellation request, our customer support team will review the order status and process your request promptly. You will receive an email or phone confirmation once the cancellation is approved.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is canceled before processing or shipping, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Partial Cancellations
In some cases, if an order contains multiple items, you may request to cancel specific items while keeping the rest of the order intact.
Partial cancellations will be accommodated whenever possible, provided the request is made before processing or shipping.
7. Non-Cancellable Items

Downloadable content, digital products, or gift cards. Personalized or customized items.
